Every Sunday morning, at St. Mary's of the Assumption Church in Deal, NJ
I'll be raising my voice to the heavens at the 10:00 AM mass. You don't need to be Catholic, or even religious, it's just nice to hang in God's house for an hour. Stop in and recharge your batteries.

7:30 - 10:00pm With my trio at The Distillery in Long Branch. No cover, a reasonable minimum and the best selection of vodka, gin, bourbon, rye, light rum and a full menu of creative mixed drinks. This is a BYOF, which translates into bring your own food. Because it's a distillery, their license doesn't allow for the cooking of food, but you can bring your own, or order from the many surrounding restaurants that routinely deliver food to the room. Very, very cool room. Big comfy chairs and a great vibe.

Sandy Sasso Due celebrating the wearing of the green at The Maplewood Senior Living, in Princeton. 2:00--3:00. While this is only open to the residents, it's still nice to be able to bring some fun into their living rooms.

7:30-10:00 Sandy Sasso Quartet Kicking off the summer season with my trio again at The Distillery. 1 drink minimum per person, no cover charge. Just love this place. Reminds me of my tenure at The 55 Bar in NYC.

8:00-10:00 Sandy Sasso Quartet at The Ladies Club of Red Bank 164 Broad St., Red Bank, 07701 (Formally the Anthony Reckless Estate) for "Reckless Steamy Nights", a monthly series sponsored by the Jersey Shore Jazz and Blues Foundation (JSJBF). Light fare is served for free, BYOB, there is an $20 admission fee which goes in entirety to fund student scholarships. Stop down if you can.

Sandy's Swingin' Big Band at Spring Lake Park in South Plainfield. 6:00-7:30, bring chairs and some libations for a lovely evening by the lake.

Back with my Swingin' Big Band at Thompson Park, Jamesburg. 2:00-3:30. Don't forget your lawn chairs or blankets and something to sip. Lovely view.

Sandy and her Trio at the Belmar Arts Center, 7:30-9:30. There is a $10.00 admission fee, a portion helps to pay the band and a portion goes to the Arts Council. BYOB, and snacks and settle in for two hours of good jazz. The Arts Center is located at 608 River Road, Belmar 07719.

Sandy Sasso and Trio at the Strauss Mansion, 27 Prospect Circle, Atlantic Highlands 07716. 7:30-9:00. $20 admission goes to fund the Atlantic Highland Historical Society. Bring chairs and libations and enjoy the stunning view of the NYC skyline, rain location indoors in the mansion parlor.

Belmar Arts Center. 608 River Road, Belmar, 07719. Bring whatever you want to eat or drink, Anything goes here. 2:00 start for an hour or so. Donations accepted at the door to support the Center. Stop down for a bit of holiday cheer.

Back at Ocean Township Library, 2:00-3:00 with Charlie's Band. Holiday music for all. Deal Road, Oakhurst.
